Job Duties

End-to-end support of the sales process, which includes (but is not limited to): engagement in software presentations, proof-of-concepts, technical meetings, requirement analysis, proposal and contract creation, project scope analysis, etc. Analyze requests from customers regarding the technical aspects of the system and environment, in order to support the implementation and maintenance of the company's products.

 

Main Activities:

  • Adherence of SoftExpert’s sales policies
  • Active pursuant of becoming a “subject matter expert” across all industries and solutions offered by SoftExpert
  • Analysis of customer’s potential
  • Primary advisor to the sales team and business partners
  • Participate and interact in the pre-sale’s presentations
  • Help to identify key people in the business process
  • Identify and act on potential risks throughout the sales cycle
  • Be informed of the strengths and weaknesses of our products in the market place
  • Record and forward client requests appropriately
  • Clarify technical product data upon request
  • Assist in the preparation of sales/technical proposals and contracts
  • Assist in the preparation of a pilot projects
  • Execute and monitor success of pilot projects/proof-of-concepts when necessary
  • Assist in the definition of project and service scope
  • Run environment analysis
  • Execute software installation
  • Suggest actions to improve sales cycle

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to easily translate technical concepts into business terms
  • Be professionally persistent and self-motivated
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to ask qualifying questions prior to suggesting solution(s)
  • Rapidly establish creditability with prospects and customers
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and minimal supervision
  • Display integrity and optimism at all times
  • Preferably an IT, Computer Science or Production Engineering with a bachelor’s degree
